I originally bought a Golf GTi Convertible that was in a bad way, I took the Golf to a certain point but then lost interest, so I decided to advertise the car and was approached by somebody who offered me an interesting swap deal. He had a 73 Beetle that had just been painted and needed putting back together. The paint work was excellent, the chassis was solid as the day it was new. The interior was missing and the engine was running a tad dodgy. I decided to do the swap and spent the next 6 months working on the car and getting it to my liking.
I fitted the car with a Scat procar interior, Centreline Replica wheels, Monza 2 tip exhaust, new carpets and underlay, Chrome bits here and their had the whole car lowered and got the engine running nicely too.
The only thing I regret about this car is the face that I never ever drove it. I got it on the road and sold it straight away. Mind you can't complain as the funds I got from it took me on holiday around the world.
Your a nosey little so and so aren't you, your even reading all the small prints that most corporate sites have written at the bottom of your screen all the time, this site is no different. It has these little words at the bottom that nobody can really read or understand. The only difference is theirs is a load of legal rubbish and mine is just humouring their words. I suppose I should really mention a few bit of legal stuff. So here we go then. Some of the images on this website may well have been stolen form other sites.
